Terms of Service

Last updated 18 August 2026

These terms cover use of the toDubai website. Use of the platform itself is governed by the service agreement signed between toDubai and your company; where the two differ, that agreement takes precedence.

Using this website

You may read, share and reference the content on this site. You may not scrape it at volume, republish it as your own, or use it to build a competing product description that misrepresents what our software does.

Accounts and access

There is no self-serve signup. Access to the platform is provisioned under a signed agreement. Login credentials are issued to named individuals and should not be shared. Your company is responsible for managing its own users' access, including removing people who leave.

Your data stays yours

Everything your company puts into the platform, including client records, applications, documents and financial entries, belongs to your company. We process it to provide the service and for no other purpose. You can export it at any time through the export centre, and on termination we will provide a final export.

What the service includes

The scope of what you are entitled to use is set out in your agreement. We describe the product's capabilities honestly on this website and in the FAQ, including what it does not do. We do not guarantee that unreleased features described as future intentions will ship on any particular timeline, and nothing said in a sales conversation about roadmap forms part of the agreement.

Availability

We aim for continuous availability and carry out maintenance with notice where we can. Specific uptime commitments, if any, are stated in your agreement. Occasional interruption for maintenance, provider outages or events outside our control is not a breach of these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform to:

  • Store or transmit anything unlawful under UAE law.
  • Attempt to access another organisation's data, or to circumvent access controls.
  • Probe, scan or load-test the infrastructure without written permission.
  • Resell or sublicense access without an agreement permitting it.

Third-party services

The platform connects to services we do not control, including WhatsApp Business, Telegram, email delivery, cloud storage and AI providers. Their availability and behaviour are their own, and changes on their side may affect features that depend on them.

Fees

Fees, currency, billing period and notice requirements are in your agreement. Pricing on this website is indicative of how we structure plans, not a binding offer.

Liability

The platform is a tool for managing your operation. It does not provide legal, tax or regulatory advice, and it does not submit anything to a government authority on your behalf. Responsibility for the accuracy and compliance of what you file remains yours. Limits of liability are set out in your agreement.

Termination

Either party may end the agreement in line with its notice terms. On termination we provide a final data export and then delete your data according to the retention period in the agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
