Who we are

toDubai provides operations software to business-setup and licensing companies in the United Arab Emirates. For data submitted through this website, we are the controller. For data your company processes inside the platform about your own clients, your company is the controller and we act as processor on your instructions. That distinction matters, and it is set out further in our data processing terms.

What we collect through this website

• Enquiries. Your name, work email, phone number, company, and anything you write in the message field.
• Usage data. Standard analytics through Google Analytics: pages viewed, approximate location, referrer, device and browser. This is used to understand which pages are useful.
• Technical data. IP address and request metadata, logged for security and abuse prevention.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare for the conversation.
• To send information you have asked for about the platform.
• To improve the website and understand which content helps.
• To protect the site against abuse.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Enquiries and our own platform

Requests submitted through this website are routed into our own instance of the platform, where they are handled as sales leads by our team. They are subject to the same access controls and audit logging described on our security page.

Where data is stored

Website submissions and platform data are stored on cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Uploaded documents are held in encrypted object storage. Some service providers we rely on for analytics, email delivery, messaging and cloud hosting process data outside the UAE. We use providers that offer appropriate contractual protections for those transfers.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries: retained while the sales relationship is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping.
• Analytics data: retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics.
• Customer platform data: retained for the term of the agreement and the period stated in that agreement.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. Email hello@todubai.ae and we will respond within a reasonable period.

If your data is held inside a customer's instance of the platform, for example because you are a client of a licensing company that uses toDubai, the right place to direct that request is that company. We will support them in answering it.

Cookies

This website uses cookies for analytics. You can block or delete them in your browser without losing access to any part of the site.

Changes

If we change this policy materially we will update the date at the top of the page and, where the change affects existing customers, tell them directly.
